Data collected

The website only collects the data that users voluntarily provide by filling in the contact form on the "Contact" page: first and last name, company (optional), email address, phone number (optional), and the content of the message sent. The data collected through the contact form is processed exclusively to respond to requests for information, availability, and quotes submitted by the user. The legal basis for processing is the consent given by the user when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), as well as the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Processing methods and recipients

Data is processed using IT tools and kept only for the time strictly necessary to handle the request. Solely for emailing the requests submitted through the contact form, the site uses the external service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which receives the form data for the sole purpose of forwarding it to the Data Controller's mailbox. Data is not sold, transferred, or disclosed to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

Data relating to contact requests is kept for the time necessary to handle the request and any resulting business relationship, and in any case no longer than required by law for contractual, accounting, and tax purposes.

Providing your data

Providing your data is optional, but necessary to be contacted back regarding your request: without this data it will not be possible to follow up on your request.

Data subject rights

At any time, users may exercise, with respect to the Data Controller, the rights provided for in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access to their own data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing, by writing to the email address indicated above. It is also possible to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali — www.garanteprivacy.it) if you believe the processing violates applicable law.
